Located 35 miles northwest of Santa Barbara, Solvang was founded in 1911 by Danish pioneers seeking relief from harsh Midwestern winters; in fact, Solvang means “sunny fields.” Today, Solvang is styled as a traditional Danish burg, with shops, bakeries, restaurants, wine-tasting rooms and art galleries. And in the middle of it all is The Landsby.
The Landsby recognizes the growing needs for pet friendly accommodations and strives to offer its guests and their pets a comfortable stay. They have limited room availability for pets and ask that when making your reservation you call the hotel directly to check availability.
