This small but popular off-leash dog beach sits where the Noyo River enters the Pacific Ocean. The beach parking area is located at the end of North Harbor Drive under the Highway 1 bridge over the Noyo River and Harbor Channel.
After visiting the beach, stop at Nemo’s Fishmarket on N. Harbor Drive where you and your dog can sit on the deck and have lunch.
